I help insurance leaders and professionals unlock potential, build resilience and lead with kindness.  As a BESMA award-winner and three-time Mentor of the Year finalist at the Women in Insurance Awards, I combine sales expertise, leadership development and wellbeing advocacy to deliver keynotes, workshops and coaching programmes that drive measurable results.

My clients include the Institute of Directors, The Air Ambulance Service and a range of insurance companies and brokers. I design and deliver development solutions that elevate performance, strengthen leadership pipelines and create healthier workplace cultures.

As a wellbeing ambassador and speaker at the National Sales Conference, I’m proud to be recognised as a voice on leadership, diversity and mental health—bringing empathy, humour and real-world insight to every session. Trusted across Financial Services and Insurance, I help individuals embrace their strengths, overcome barriers and lead with purpose.

I also serve as a judge for The Institute of Sales Management and The Women in Sales Awards, and I’m a Fellow of ISME and the UK Sales Association. Based in Warwickshire, I bring heart, humour and humanity to everything I do—and when I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me cheering on Liverpool FC or walking Charlie, my Yorkshire Terrier.
